I have no lights on my vehicle amplifier when it’s plugged in. What do I do?

You should check the connections on the power supply to see that it is firmly plugged into both the booster and the power source. If connections are sound you may want to check the voltage of the power cord. This can easily be done using a volt meter you may have or, by taking the power cord to a local hardware or auto parts store. The outcome may determine that the power cord is not working and needs to be replaced. However, if the power cord is working then, the booster may need to be warranty replaced. In either case, it is a good idea to call our technical support at 866-294-1660 or contact our online support at: support@wilsonelectronics.com
