I have no lights on my home / building amplifier when it’s plugged in. What do I do?

If you have no lights on the booster, check and see if your power is plugged into the amplifier as well as into the wall. If you still see no lights, you may need to check this with a multimeter or volt tester. If it reads zero while plugged in, then we know that the power cord is defective, and we can help you receive a new one. However, if it does have correct voltage on the cord, when we know there’s something wrong with the unit itself and needs to be replaced. Give us a call at
